Current members - you must have a correct email address on file to register for classes online. Contact either branch or email info@hcymca.com to update your email address.

Privacy Policy
On-Line Registration information is transmitted in encrypted format using SSL via Verisign. Data is stored according to the Payment Card Industry data security standards. The Hunterdon County YMCA considers the individual information we retain as private; our policy is to disclose no personal information gathered online unless such release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental proceedings or investigations. The Hunterdon County YMCA does not rent, sell or transmit personal information to other organizations. This website does collect public information which includes how you use our site, IP addresses and/or domain names of the browers that visit our site, the time of day and length of time our site was visited and other information that does not indentify you as an individual.
Refund Policy
The YMCA reserves the right to cancel, combine or modify a program due to insufficient enrollment. If a program is cancelled by the YMCA, every attempt will be made to place an enrolee in another section of the same level program. If the enrollee cannot be accommodated, we will issue a full refund. If a participant decides not to take a class, credit for that class must be requested prior to the first class of the session. After the session has started, credits will only be issued for extended illness/injury and with a doctor's note. Credits will be prorated based upon attendance and all requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Credits are good for one year from issue date.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
