Registration for the 2011-2012 school year
Registration requires:
- a completed registration packet,
- current YMCA membership for child,
- a non-refundable $40 registration fee ($50 between 8/29 & 9/9).
- a non-refundable $100 deposit which will be subtracted from the final tution payment provided proper (30 day) notice is given .
- payment in full for first month of attendance
Reminder - 2 full business days are required between registration and attendance (not including weekends & holidays).
Program Outline
Our Before and After School programs provide convenient, reliable and safe care for children and parents and have been running in Hunterdon County since 1985. All programs are licensed by the State of New Jersey and the adult to child ratio averages 1:10.
Before school programs begin at 7am and run until the school day begins. After School programs begin at dismissal and run until 6pm.
There is a choice of 2, 3, 4 or 5 days per week for the after school program. The before school program fee covers 5 days per week regardless of the number of days attending. Drop In Care is available in all programs, through children must be registered before attending.
Program activities include homework time, group activities, community service projects, and a time for free play. A monthly calendar highlights group and theme activities and special events. Programs run on most school holidays and these holiday programs are available to children in the after school program only. There is no additional fee for holiday program as long as the holiday falls on a day the child is normally scheduled to attend.

RATES (2011-2012)Before School Program - $137 per month regardless of the number of days attended (fees include regular school days only) After School Program - fees include all scheduled half days, inservice days and most school holidays. 10% second child discount. 5 days per week - $325 per month 4 days per week - $272 per month 3 days per week - $226 per month 2 days per week - $165 per month (please call for rates for Tewksbury Elementary and Flemington-Raritan kindergarten programs) |
