November 10
- Updated warmup & session information for the Autumn Challenge can be seen on the Invitational Meet info tab. HCY swimmers should arrive 15 minutes before scheduled warmup. Parent work schedule will be in your family folders this week - all parents will be assigned to work in some capacity during your swimmer's session (Admissions help will need to be there earlier than other workers).

- No practice Sunday, November 16th due to the Autumn Challenge.
November 3
- Clothing orders have arrived. Kate Thompson will be at the Y on the following dates and time for pickup.
- Monday, November 3, 6:00 - 7:00pm
- Tuesday, November 4, 5:30 - 7:30pm
- Thursday, November 6, 5:30 - 7:30pm
- Sunday, November 9, 4:00 - 8:00pm

MANY THANKS to all those who participated in and/or donated to our Miles for MS program on Sunday, October 26th! We raised $851 which is outstanding! Rob Nelson willl be running the Philadelphia Marathon on November 23rd. He has now raised $2371 in pledges and donations, which is about 80% of his goal of $3000. - Team t-shirts are in for the swimmers (parents' and siblings' shirts will be handed out with the clothing order when it arrives). Little Stingrays will receive their shirts on Tuesday, 10/21 or Thursday, 10/23 from Coach Christi.
- Kate Thompson will be at the following practices to hand out t-shirts. Be sure to pick your swimmer's shirt up by this Friday, October 24th, so that he/she will have it for the first meet.
- 1) Monday, 10/20, RVCC 7:30 - 8:00pm (senior 2 & 3)
- 2) Tuesday, 10/21, HCY 6:00 - 7:30pm (white 1 & 2, senior 3)

Meet schedule for Westfield Devilfish meet has been added to the Invitational Meet list
October 10
- Escrow Account invoices have been placed in your family folders as of today. Please be sure to return your payment to the Escrow folder located in the back of the box with the coaches folder asson as possible.
- For those of you who are not familiar with the escrow accounts: an escrow account is set up for each family and maintained by a computer system to pay for invitational meet entry fees. Little Stingrays are billed $25.00, all other swimmers are billed $60.00 with a family maximum of $120.00. When you enter your swimmer in an invitational meet, the apprpriate deduction is made on your account and it is drawn down. When your account balance becomes low, you are given a statement to show all the deductions made to your account and you are billed for an additional amount. The escrow accounts continue season after season. Should you leave the team for any reason, any money left in your escrow is refunded to you. With almost 225 swimmers on the team, the adminstration of entering swimmers into meets and sending the total fee to the host team is made much easier with these escrow accounts. Should you have any questions, please speak to Coach Barbara.
- Dual Meet Schedules will be posted on the website probably by the end of today. Unfortuntately we have not received many of the warmup/start times from other teams, so they are not 100% complete. As soon as they are received, the schedules will be updated. We expect to be able to give you a complete schedule as of next week. It will then be placed in your family folder so you have a hard copy.

- Team and individual pictures will be taken on Sunday, October 26 at 4:00+. ALL team members are expected to be in the team picture in their team suits!
